Posturely is operated by Human Factors Connection Ltd (registered in Scotland, company number SC472053), with registered office at 9 Oldfold Crescent, Milltimber, Aberdeenshire, AB13 0JY.
Posturely provides AI-assisted workstation analysis, report images, improvement checklists, fix reels, and revisit prompts for home office setup decisions.
Posturely is an informational workstation assistance tool. It is not a healthcare provider, clinician, occupational health assessor, insurer, or legal evidence service.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful personal or business workstation planning.
You must not upload images without permission, analyse minors without appropriate consent, submit illegal content, reverse engineer the service, overload our systems, or use outputs as evidence for workplace injury, disability, insurance, or litigation claims.
You must not use Posturely for prohibited or restricted products, illegal services, misleading claims, adult content, financial services, gambling, telehealth, identity services, or transactions on behalf of another undisclosed merchant.
Subscriptions, credits, and renewals
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Checkout must show price, billing period, plan name, credit amount, renewal terms, policy links, support contact, and cancellation path before purchase.
Credits are service usage allowances for Posturely features only. They are not cash, stored value, gift cards, wallets, or third-party payment instruments.
Credit packs are consumed when a report, image export, video export, or other eligible feature is generated or reserved. Unused subscription credits can be limited by the plan terms shown at checkout.
Card statements should identify charges with POSTURELY AI or a recognisable Posturely descriptor configured in Stripe.
Checkout, delivery, and records
Paid checkout should be completed through Stripe Checkout or another Stripe-hosted flow once live keys are configured. We do not ask customers to send card details by email or support chat.
After purchase, we may record checkout session id, invoice id, plan, credit grant, feature usage, output delivery, download events, cancellation state, and support history to operate the service and respond to payment questions.
AI outputs and decisions
AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions, applying common sense, and consulting a qualified professional where pain, pregnancy, disability, neurological symptoms, or workplace safety obligations are involved.
We may refuse or limit requests that appear unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or outside the intended workstation assistance scope.

These Terms are governed by England and Wales.
